Achievers ("we", "our", or "us") operates as a leading distributor of IT products in the Middle East. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the information in our mobile application ("App") provided to employees of Achievers.

1. User Credentials

  • The App does not require public registration or sign-up.

  • Usernames and passwords are provided exclusively by Achievers to authorized employees.

  • Credentials are used solely to authenticate users and allow secure access to company resources.

2. API Base URL

  • The App uses a pre-configured base URL provided by the company.

  • All API calls are made through this secure URL to interact with company systems.

3. Local Data Storage and Sync

  • The App stores limited data locally on the device, including:

    • Stock View data

    • GRN (Goods Received Note) data

    • SDN (Invoice) data

  • This data is used for offline access and is synchronized with the company server when the user presses the Sync button.

  • Data synchronization ensures all information is up-to-date with the central system.

4. Stock View

  • When the Stock View section is accessed, the user is directed to a search page.

  • The App allows searches by:

    • Part Number

    • HS Code

    • BOE (Bill of Entry) Number

  • This information is used to fetch and display stock details via a secure GET API.

5. GRN (Goods Received Note)

  • When the GRN button is pressed, a form view opens.

  • Users can:

    • Search directly by GRN Number

    • Or expand the form to input Date From, Date To, Ship To, and BOE Number

  • The entered information is used to retrieve a list of GRN records from the server.

6. SDN (Invoice)

  • The SDN feature functions similarly to GRN.

  • Users can retrieve invoice records using GRN-like filters and inputs.

7. Data Security

  • We implement strict security measures to protect your data.

  • User credentials and stored data are never shared with third parties.

  • Data is encrypted and securely transmitted during sync operations.

8. Permissions

  • The App does not collect any personal or device information beyond what is required for business operations.

  • No camera, contacts, location, or external storage access is requested.

9. Third-Party Sharing

  • No data is shared with third-party services or advertisers.

  • All data stays within the organization's infrastructure.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or through other appropriate channels.
